Evidence synthesis methodology: Systematic reviews and meta-analysis.

Methodologies for economic evaluation of technologies: cost-effectiveness, cost-utility and cost-benefit studies.

Cost evaluation and measurement: types and classifications of costs; cost measurement (identification, measurement of the amount of resources, valuation).

Valuation of results in decision analysis – Preferences and utilities: direct and indirect methods of measuring preferences and utilities; QALYs and other measures combined.

Decision analysis – formalization, modeling and quantification of the decision-making process in Health Technology Assessment: formalization and representation of the problem; construction and interpretation of decision trees; quantitative analysis of a decision tree; exploration of the various sources of heterogeneity and uncertainty in decision analysis.
